Was just in an all hands meeting with 300+ employees and our new Vice President of Corporate Marketing where the last "question" in the Q&A section of the meeting was "ass"ked by a middle age blondie. Directed to our VP, It went as something like this:

"This is more of a comment than a question, but I'd like to thank you and everyone who spoke today for putting this presentation together. It was very informative and I can tell you all worked very hard on it."

Translation: I'm going to be the one with my lips permanently attached to your ass and will siphon any shit you dish out as long as I can keep my job.

Am I wrong here?

Big time bummer. My sister's wedding date is the same as the Catalina Crossing. I'm going to miss the race... haven't exactly told the crew yet. I wonder how this is going to go?

I caved in and got a xanga site... but I've decided that I'm going to make all my posts here and just see how xanga plays out... I just like having control over the html... sue me.

so the raiders lost... it's all over the news and stuff... over and over again. might as well record it once and just hit repeat.... geez.

The season "unofficially" started for me yesterday and I have to say that it's nice being back on the water... It's really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really cold... but it's still nice.

It's all over the news. So what's not to talk about? Stuff like this is almost always about something stupid and no one ever thinks of the consequences that may come; both to others and themselves. Someone died. Plain and simple. The future of two Asian American fraternities that were ORIGINALLY established to make a positive effect on the community is unknown. The day they stopped focusing on the community and started making enemies was the day that this started. Not only were they making enemies with another fraternity, they were making enemies with a brotherhood that supposedly had same goals, ethnic backgrounds, and values; practically a mirror image of one another. They were all men with families and many of the same friends.

Yesterday, families were broken, a brother was lost, and the question will always remain. Why?

There are certain times, I'm sorry to say, that I'm ashamed to be an alumni of the frat. That's what it is you know... a frat.

I've been fooling around with the idea of getting a Xanga website. It's got alot of cool features that I don't get with Blogger including a comments section that actually comes with the page. I'm, however, kind of reluctant to jump on the bandwagon as it seems there are a ton of people opening up Xanga pages. I wonder how they're going to be able to handle the load? Maybe I'll sit on it for a while. It ain't going anywhere right?

Some people are just stupid. Making generalizations is NOT the solution to ANY problem. Some People think that SUV drivers alone are a harm to the environment, reckless, self-absorbed, and rude... What's up with that? If anyone to is to blame for the damage to the environment, it's ALL vehicles with an internal combustion engine. From boats, to cars, to big semi-trucks. Tell the automobile companies to produce a more fuel efficient SUV and I'll show you an entire market of people interested in buying one. Until then, the convenience and overall performance of an SUV will still be popular among the masses.

I've noticed that a lot of old friends; good friends that I haven't talked to in a while have come out of the woodwork since I announced that I was engaged. They range from the simple "congratulations" email to the "we should get together and catch up!" I've always said that you know who your friends are when they reply. hahaha It's kinda nice... but now it'll be hard to figure out who gets put on the invite list. That'll be a bitch...

Not sure I posted this yet... and even if I have... I'm doing it again because it's just so darn fun. That and I love sushi.

The only think I could think of was to play Mary Had a Little Lamb. Maybe you can be a little more creative that I am.

You'll be disappointed to find out that this is a christmas e-card... but it's actually pretty entertaining... I actually spent some time on it.

I post this only because I'm looking for cookware for my new apartment. Stupid stupid stupid.
