This past weekend was my first real 9-man race. We got a hard second place. It wasn't as far as the 30 mile practice we had from Krissy field to Redwood city, but it wreaked alot more havoc on my nerves. Maybe it's the competition element. When you practice, you're racing time. When you've got an actual rabbit to chase, things get a little different...

My buddy greg just finished 65th out of about 300 participants in his age group! 278th out of 2 thousand over all! Pretty f!@#ing good eh?

crazy weather we've been having. Not too crazy about cold or rainy weather but I guess it's necessary. Last week was just weird. Alot like Hawaii weather though. Hot muggy rain.

actual journal posts on my blog are very rare. normally i'll post stuff that people might seem interested in reading or something that amuses me. i'm thinking i should try to change that.... but while i'm thinking, you guys are going to have to be content with disgusting stuff like this...
