Iraqis play soccer with no stadium, no fans, grass, no lines, no water, no oil, no dictator, no goals, no nets, no shoes, no weapons of mass distruction and no balls... maybe they should think about playing charades instead

So last night I'm waiting for my show (Las Vegas) to start and it's only 8 o'clock. So, I flip channels and come across The next Joe Millionaire. Normally, I'm pretty selective with the reality telivision I watch because after a while, they all seem the same. I thought to myself that after the first season of Survivor, everything else seems like just a bunch of gimmicks. WELL GIMMICK AWAY!!! *evilgrin* I saw the first episode of the last season of Joe Millionaire and couldn't watch it but can I just say that after last night I haven't seen a television trainwreck this big since The Anna Nicole Show? Joe Millionaire is trash television at its finest and I can't wait to watch it again next weekend. *cheezy grin* Maybe it's the European BEEEEYOTCHES that voiced their opinion upon hearing that the bachelor was a Texas cowboy? After they heard he was worth 80 million, they changed their minds so fast that you instantly didn't feel the least bit sorry that they were eventually get what they deserved. I guess last year the premise was choosing between love or money... this year the focus is on fooling these dragon ladies and pulling the rug right out from under them! BOOOOOYAAAAA!!! :)

*sigh* I need to find something constructive to do in the evenings...

Except for my answers, I'm posting this practically word for word... ;) Anyway, I got this from Christine who got it from Kaylene, and since I'm always getting this via email, rather than emailing it around I'll post it here and send people the link next time I get the email. Feel free to copy it and answer it on your blog or Xanga or whatever you use! Comment your link here so I can check it out!

This site just came to my attention rather recently. Apparently one of our team mates (Martin) has been keeping a sort of blog recording our progress and training to the Molokai Hoe. The day I saved Mel from drowning in the bay is even in there!!! He refers to me as "Eeyore" in all the dialogues. The club has taken to calling me that because of my lazy way of talking... *rolls eyes* Whuuuut everrr. :) Anyway, Martin's still on Kauai right now, so to hear about the race you'll have to wait for the update when he gets back. I've decided I'm not a good enough writer to give the play by play... ;)

so i just recently got an email from a committee planning my highschool reunion and i'm not really sure i'm hot on the idea of attending. i have mixed emotions about highshool. there were times that it was actually alot of fun... most of the time it was an emotional nightmare. all in all i couldn't help feeling so relieved to leave. i think that's why a loved college so much. it was a fresh new start. not having anyone from cerritos in the entire city of san luis obispo was so liberating. highschool was such a lonely time for me... always trying to fit in where i didn't. of course i'm sure it's that way for alot of people. i had some friends sure... but they were friends at school. i was never really close to anyone really... well, not enough to see them after school or on the weekends... there was never anyone really to talk to. i didn't have an older brother and i was kind of a late bloomer so the friends that i grew up with actually left me behind for a while.

anyway, traumatic or not, i've found that reminiscing is always fun. the music we used to listen to, the clothes that were popular back then, and i'd imagine that finding out what happened to everyone after those four years would be pretty interesting too. i dunno... maybe i'll go.
